Plastic Painting Process

Complex designs such as the Xpider/Gaming Bomb require a more complex process. In this case configuration, the bezels are painted with a metallic style paint to give them a more attractive, high tech look. This adds another set of steps to the plastics process. Being able to paint the plastic parts to match the metal parts of the case gives Chenbro many options for new designs and interesting case concepts.

Once the finished plastic part reaches the plastic paint shop it is then removed and placed on the conveyer for painting. The Xpider/Gaming Bomb front bezel is being painted.

After exiting the dryer, the painted parts are once again inspected for consistency and quality. Any parts that do not meet specifications are rejected.

Q.A. is done for the plastic painting, as well.

Once the bezels have been inspected and have been accepted, they are then packed and stored until they are needed for the plastics sub assembly process.
