Chartered extends technology development agreement with IBM to 32nm
Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing has announced the extension of its joint development efforts with IBM to include 32nm bulk complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
