Calorie Burning Soft Drink, Potentially Geeks Drink Of 2007

If snorting all that Warcrack isn’t helping your metabolism, which usually requires a bit of good old fashioned exercise to get going, and you find yourself developing a geeks physique then Celsius might be the drink of choice for you in 2007.
The drink is a traditional soda, available in various flavours including cola and orange, which increases ones metabolism by around 12% for up to three hours. The increased metabolism in turn burns calories.
Celsius contains some nifty ingredients such as Green Tea and various vitamins, but comes minus the crap one finds in regular soft drinks. Of course it behoves us to point out that just burning calories and increasing metabolism does not make one fit. You might lose a few pounds, but staying woefully out of exercise will mean that you’ll still be wheezing after a quick dash up and down some stairs. But hey, geeks sit around like that anyways, so you might as well pump a good soft drink into yourself, right ?
Well, maybe. We’ve yet to do taste testing on this, but there’s an Albertsons just around the corner from me that’s supposed to do it in LA. Sadly I’m about 9,000 miles away from said corner in Dublin at the moment, so either give it a few weeks or else just plonk down the $32 for 16 bottles ($2 a pop, not too bad for a "health" drink) and write me. You can check Celsius out online for the science, details on how to order and where you might purchase it.
