Thermaltake
Thermaltake presented the Volcano 4008 AE heat exchanger, comprising a large CPU cooler with the liquid cooling system integrated. Water is used to transfer the immense heat away from the CPU. The large cooling unit cools the water with the assistance of a slow-spinning fan and also ensures that the fixed voltage regulator on the motherboard is cooled at the same time.

The Volcano 4008 AE heat exchanger represents a new direction in liquid cooling.
Thermaltake has had a conventional water cooler, called the Big Water, out for some time. What is new is an external version, which can be placed next to the computer. The advantage is faster installation.

An external version of the cooling system facilitates simple and fast installation as the pump and cooler are sold as an external pre-assembled unit.
For Intel Xeon (Nocona) CPUs as well as for Socket 478 (Intel Pentium 4) processors, Thermaltake has coolers for 1U and 2U servers, with both active and passive systems.

Thermaltake makes active cooling systems for Pentium 4 CPUs in just 1U possible with the A1240.

Xeon CPUs can be cooled with the A2162 and A1960 coolers in 1U as well as 2U.
