PNY
The memory producer PNY is as of now offering its own high-performance DDR DIMM's (PC4200 aka DDR500). The modules are available singly and are packaged rather nicely. Since PNY has been pursuing a very conservative strategy regarding new products (whatever is offered has to be deliverable), batch production is likely.
No one can afford to ignore the trend toward DDR2. PNY also has some relevant products in the works.
