BuffaloTech adds Gigabit ethernet offerings
Buffalo Technology today announced a line of gigabit networking products.
The LGY-PCI32-GT Gigabit Desktop PCI Adapter, LSW-GT-4W 4-port and LSW-GT-8W 8-port Unmanaged Gigabit Switches will have estimated street prices of $32 , $139 and $169 and will be available this month .
The PCI adapter has a auto-negotiating RJ-45 port and supports auto-MDI / MDI-X, Jumbo frames and IP multicasting.
Both switches support auto-negotiation, auto-MDIX, 802.3x Flow Control and Back Pressure Management and 8k MAC address tables.
