Brief: SiS will consider graphic chips from subsidiary rival ATI Technologies
Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) will consider using graphic cores from ATI Technologies (ATI) in its integrated chipsets even though ATI is a competitor of SiS subsidiary Xabre Graphics Inc (XGI). "In a shareholders meeting on June 27, SiS chairman John Hsuan said that SiS would give preference to XGI graphics cores, but if demand sufficed, SiS would also source ATI graphic cores."
