Avis Institutes Cell Phone-Based Navigation System from Motorola
Avis Rent a Car is launching its new Avis Assist service with turn-by-turn "talking directions" for cars available at two Chicago airports and eventually will make it available at all locations. The cell-phone-based system, Viamoto, was developed by Motorola.
