AUO expected to become top global panel maker within one year
AU Optronics (AUO) is likely to become the world’s number one panel maker for large-size applications within one year, according to Taiwan-based panel makers. After merging with Quanta Display this October, the combined notebook panel capacity of the two panel makers will be the top worldwide.
