Atlantis to dock with space station
Space shuttle Atlantis is to rendezvous today with the international space station. Docking is scheduled for 1650 GMT or 11:50 a.m. EST.
The station consists of three pressurized modules attached end to end. The Russian command module, Zvezda, is at one end with the US Unity on the other end, and the Russian-built, NASA-financed Zarya is in the middle.
