ATI receives NTT DoCoMo orders for mobile phone chips
ATI Technologies has received orders for chips to be used in NTT DoCoMo’s FOMA F900i series handsets, according to sources. The orders come on top of recent chip orders from Motorola for use in its V600 handset.
