AMD Radeon HD 5770 Hits Streets Early
Hot off the burner!
Even though AMD hasn't officially launched its Radeon HD 5770 yet, the cards have made their way onto e-tailers such as Newegg. Essentially, Newegg has broken the NDA on the card, which is suppose to lift quite soon.
The card is a follow-up to the previously--and recently--launched Radeon HD 5870. Our own Chris Angelini benched the beast a few days ago and found it to not only be a top runner, but also hand's down the fastest single GPU solution you can buy today.
The link, here, may very well go offline any minute. But we're providing a screenshot here just in case.
Thanks to Gunny for the tip!

Your Welcome

Sounds similar to a 4890 with dx11
Scan are selling them here in the Uk now too.
RE djpc: a HD4890 with dx11 is no bad thing, i wish id delayed my purchase of a 4890 by a month now, im gutted! lol
and still, nvidia will still preach that there is no decent DX11 games around as if indirectly saying that it is unwise to buy a DX11 card now.

well, what they are saying is true, but the fact that they are saying this since they dont have a DX11 card is amusing
We might start gettng Dx10 games coming out more now though, might give an impitus to get the developers to play catch up!
Ha, who am i kidding? they'll still only work on antiquated Dx9, because they are so good with how they use it, i cant see them wanting to push ahead with thats gonna make them work for the customer!
