ATI acquires Cute Solutions
ATI has closed its acquisition of Cute Solutions, an India-based company whose expertise is in high-end graphic and audio chip solutions. ATI said that it hopes to add Cute’s technology to its integrated multimedia platforms, but declined to comment on further details. Financials of the deal were not disclosed. (THG)
