Asustek subsidiary Kinsus to acquire FPCB maker
Kinsus Interconnect Technology, a subsidiary of Asustek Computer specializing in ball-grid array (BGA) and flip-chip substrates, announced late last week that it will acquire flexible PCB maker Flexium Interconnect through a stock swap.
