ASUS has managed to take what has become a commodity product - a Broadcom-based 802.11g CardBus card - and successfully (at least in my eyes) differentiate it via added value. And they've done this while keeping the price competitive with that of better known rivals.
You'll have the same difficulty getting your hands on the WL-100g as with the WL-300g, but I think you'll find it worth the effort!
