ASE Group expands IC testing capacity
Agilent Technologies today announced that ASE Group, the world's largest professional semiconductor testing service provider, has purchased 25 Agilent 93000 SoC (system-on-a-chip) series test systems. ASE Group now houses the world's largest installation of Agilent's single scalable platform, capable of testing a broad range of ICs including those used in wireless, communication, digital consumer and computational devices.
