Apple delays filings, joining Dell
Apple Computer and Dell have both delayed reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission due to ongoing investigations related to financial reporting.
Apple said Friday in a filing with the regulatory agency that it would miss the deadline for filing its annual report - which was December 14 - as it works through the results of an internal probe into the timing of past stock options.
