New Windows 10 build not detecing Lan connection!

Hello computer friends!

I've recently built my first budget rig. Not have a wifi adapter and wanting to use an Ethernet cable, I purchased two (one for my PS4). To my dismay, no available networks are being displayed. I've assured both connections work with a network speed test on the PlayStation. What could this be, drivers? I would of imagined these new components would work with windows 10 pro (64bit). And I'm unsure as to which driver I may need (not being able to scan with this PC).
Please please help :(

Components:
CPU - Ryzen 3 2200G
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming
RAM - Patriot Signature Line 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz
Power Supply - EVGA 600W
Hard Drive - Western Digital 1 TB

  1. Check the box your motherboard came in. There should be a driver CD. Have you loaded those drivers?
  2. Since your PC has no WiFi adapter it cannot scan for available networks anyway, so available networks won't be displayed. That only applies to WiFi connections.

The driver disc supplied with your mobo will be out of date now, so proceed as follows .. . . . .

Use another PC that already has an active internet connection, then go here to get the latest LAN driver for Windows 10 64-bit:https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AB350-Gaming-3-rev-1x#support-dl-driver

Copy that driver to a pen drive, then plug the pen drive in to the PC which needs the driver. Install that driver.

Hi, I'm having the same problem with my Ryzen 3 2200G and gigabyte AX370M-DS3H motherboard. Could it possibly be a Ryzen 3 / gigabyte mobo problem?
