EaseUs Todo backup is frozen??

Brand new 1TB external hard drive.
Local Full Disk Backup.
C: drive is already successfully backed up, but D: drive, after getting to about 80% in 4hrs, is still going with no progress almost 12hrs later.

Task manager shows read activity on the D: drive so I'm reluctant to cancel it at this point but I have no idea what else to do.

There's more than enough space, so that's not it.

    It's another internal hard drive.
  3. If you cancel it nothing bad should happen. You could restart your PC and start the backup process again.

    Thanks, that's what I've done so I'll update later on if it succeeded eventually.
