Can my EVGA 430W PSU support a GTX 980?

current build

-ryzen 3 2200g (stock amd cpu fan)
-msi b450m
-120gb ssd
-1tb hdd
-single channel 8gb ddr4
-3 cpu fans
-rx 550
-led strip

so my rx 550 has been giving me a whole lot of problems recently and since a mate of mine is parting out with his asus strix gtx 980 im thinking of switching out my current rx 550 and slotting a gtx 980 back in but im not sure if my psu will be able to handle that?

    NO...

1st off the PSU is a complete POS.

2nd it doesn't have the required PCIe connections for the GTX 980.

    3rd it's really only a 408w PSU.

pcpartpicker.com and cooler master power supply calulator gave me the green light though

You don't have a good PSU in the 1st place so what they say is irrelevant.

You will have serious issues if you try and use that PSU with the GTX 980.
