Better FPS after sleep mode

Hi guys, i have one problem..
When my computer is turned on for more than two hours and when I want to play some game for example my fps is about 40, but when i put my pc to sleep mode and instantly turn on i got better fps.
Can someone explain me that weird problem ?
And yea, sorry for my bad eng, i hope u can understand me :D

  1. That is no problem. The phenomenon you experience is due to cooling. In sleep mode or turned off, the components and heatsinks cool down. So when you start the game, they can operate at higher voltages and frequencies, delivering more frames.
    After 20-30 minutes of gaming or hours of idling, your components are already 20-30 degrees above room temperature and you have less overhead.
