More about proceesor bottleneck gpu
  1. What is the purpose of getting the GPU? That GPU will not be able to game even if you paired it with a high end CPU and more than 3gb of RAM. So if you just want to use it for web browsing and basic computer task, then it will be fine. But if you are wanting it to game, then don't waste your money on it cause it wont be able to game.

The only reason I can think of in getting a 710 is if you have a CPU that does not have integrated graphics. I actually own a 710 that I threw in a home serer because it had a Xeon chip without integrated graphics and I needed video to pull the IP address for the server.

There should be no bottle neck, just don't expect to play games at high FPS, even on low settings.
