Case fans not working

So I bought a Z270 gigabyte motherboard and the Corsair was 100R case. I plugged and replugged the case fans properly into the motherboard. When I start the pc it never spins. I searched around and still can’t find a solution

How many pins do your case fans have? Can you check in the manual of your mainboard where are they exactly connected?
How are four fan curves set? Under 30-40% some fans wont spin.
Worst case you can connect Corsair customer support, I have a good experience with them.
  3. I don’t know how but i replugged the cables a few more times and magically it worked. I’m just being stupid
