Clockout watchdog timeout error

I'm using a GTX 1060 EVGA but the driver isn't compatible with my version of Windows 10. I plan to update it but could this be the cause of this error. and if not what is. I've ran a mem test and drive test and they checked out.

Yes, DPC Watchdog BSODs can be caused by display drivers. In fact, most BSODs are caused by display drivers.

    - Recommend you boot into safe mode, use display driver uninstaller program to clean out your display drivers + restart, boot into normal windows, install your latest graphics card drivers using nVIDIA autodetect, and then restart and see if the system is stable. While there are no drivers your graphics card will work in low resolution mode.

    - Try to run Windows update and make sure everything is up to date.
