Ram OC issue

Specs:
Ryzen 3 1200@3.9 1.3v
Arock AB350 GAMING K4
Crucial Ballistix Elite 3466 mhz 1x8GB

So here is the issue>The xmp profile to run the ram at 3466mhz does not work(pc wont boot at all just resets constantly) so it runs at stock 2133mhz.With everything on auto it can go to 2400mhz but thats as far as it goes everything higher causes aforementioned grief.I tried increasing voltage to the xmps 1.35v but can still only get 2400mhz.I tried changing the timings to the xmps as well as the voltage, again nothing. Can somebody tell me how to overclock this to reach at least 2933mhz.Bios is updated to the preceding version not the newest but the newest says its only for new cpu line so i cant imagine that is the problem.Thank you!

Side issue:The cpu just wont do 4ghz flat at any voltage,if i increase to 4 i have to reset cmos, immediately crashes,pc wont boot into windows at all.Could it be because the ram is slow?

I don't deal with Ram OCing but try undervolting the cpu a bit usually that works to hit higher OC's
  2. It sounds like 3.9GHz is its max, have you tried 3.95?

Sorry I had a few beers and now see thats the secondary issue. No idea on RAM but my similar setup my 3000mhz rated I could only get to 2800 and I notice your is optimised for Intel.
