Help picking system a used PC

So I need a new PC. I don't need anything fancy, I'd mostly like to play Starcraft 2 with it (which I know is a CPU heavy game). I've been looking at some used PC's but there are 3 that I've come across that are within my budget. Here are the prices and specs on each. Please let me know which is the best deal.

Gigabyte 970 D3 motherboard
8 gb ddr 3 ram
Evga nvidia gtx 660 ti 2gb
Seagate 250gb hard drive

$475

8GB (2x4GB) G.Skill Sniper 1866
Corsair CX600M 80+ Bronze
500GB WD Green
Corsair Carbide 200R

More about picking system
  1. I’d say the $350 one. It meets the recommended specs of the game and the gpu is not that bad. Of course, if you want to get into more advanced games, you’ll need a new cpu, mobo, and ram.
  2. $475 one easily

It has both best gpu and cpu,
it also has the best psu out of the 3 (although it's still not that great to be honest)
  3. Thanks guys. Somebody else just mentioned the Intel processor as well. I'm going to try and negotiate the price a little first.
  4. You could buy a brand new pc with the Ryzen 5 2400g that's releasing soon for bit over $400.
It would have better cpu performance than the i7 2600k and gpu performance likely similar to the gtx 950.

It's not sold yet but it's said to have a price of around $160
4 cores 8 threads and Vega 11 graphics

  7. I just looked it up. Looks like it will be out on the 12th. I think I'll wait for it to come out and see if I can build a system or pick up a pre-built with this CPU. Thanks for the heads up.

GTX 950 has from what i've read, 83% better performance.

That Vega 11 is closer to a GTX 280.

I'm not clueless, when and if I make a mistake, I acknowledge and appreciate that I learned something.

That said, I did not make that info up. I saw it earlier and will link it when I find it again.

If you can provide me with a link showing your superior wisdom and cluefullness I would appreciate it.

Well first of all, how do you know exactly how it compares vs a GPU from 2008 when it's not even out yet?
Second, you're comparing the GTX 280 a 240 cuda core GPU that runs at 602MHz and was made 10 years ago to the Vega 11 which is a brand new GPU that has 704 SPs and runs at 1250MHz and saying that they're equal
Do you seriously not see anything wrong with that?
