is my motherboard good enough for overclocking

I have a core 2 extreme QX9650 3.0 ghz and I know its a good processor but I want to know if I can overclock it with my lga 775 socket my motherboard its the one in link im a total noob was hoping someone could walk me through this THANKS in advance?

    Don't think a Dell motherboard would even have the ability to OC. I would suggest a board fitted in it's place, But being BTX, it's not something you could change for another motherboard easily

  3. Have a look in the bios and see if the options are there to overclock. If not that CPU is to old to be worth buying a new board for.
