About asus bios

Is using Asus Optimal will cause any harm to my desktop or i better just stay with normal option ?

  1. it wont cause any harm but if you have overclocked it should be on normal or you will lose your oc settings.dont think your gonna notice any diffeerence changing that setting at any rate.

    Does core i5 4430 support overclock ? or which part u mean its overclocked ?
  3. sorry,should have looked closer.only the 4300k is overclockable.anything without the k designation is not.give the setting a try and see what it does.

    I wanna confirm 1st from other users that used that option, Is it fine to use or it might harm my desktop in anyway ? :D
