Transferred components into another case, and the monitor now doesn't display a signal?

My PC powers on, fans spinning on graphics card, CPU, and case, but there's no display? I turn the PC on and the monitor turns on, but then the monitor says no signal. So it acknowledges that there's something coming from the graphics card but it doesn't display an image? It worked before, but I transferred all my components into another case (since then it hasn't worked).
Any ideas? Thanks.

Never mind! My solution was to remove a stick of RAM and take out the CMOS battery for 10 minutes (idk why that worked).
