Looking for affordable GPU that can run 3 displays at high resolution

I need a good/affordable GPU that can run three monitors. Two at 1080 resolution and one at 4K.

It's really just for desktop purposes, possibly some video streaming, but virtually no gaming.

If possible I'd also prefer that it's a GPU that is only 1U tall rather than 2U so it doesn't block another port.

I'd also prefer that it has a combination of only DVI and HDMI rather than display port, but I suppose I can use adapters if necessary.

Recommendations?

  2. CPU - Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
Motherboard - Gigabyte X399 Designaire EX

(I know, it's a $2000 computer so it's laughable that I'm looking for an affordable graphics card I just really don't need the GPU for much)

  3. I'm thinking something like a Nvidia Quadro P400 might be my best bet. I'll just have to buy the display port cables to adapt it all to HDMI/DVI to go with it. Seems everything else I'm finding is 2U tall.

  4. P400 only has two ports and can not output 4k.
    I will get 2 GT 1030 then.

Both of these statements are completely wrong. I has three display ports and supports resolutions up to 5K.
