  1. If the DVI port is burnt, good chance the graphics card is dead..

Just because it can show the windows stuff in the basic drivers, doesnt mean it isnt dead.

What you should do: Get a better quality PSU, get a new Graphics card.
  2. Yup, sounds like a burnt GPU. Possibly due to that PSU. A 7870 can hit over 130W at maximum. If this is some old, low-quality OEM 300W, it could be as low as 144-216W on the +12V rail (I've even seen worse), resulting in a really dicey situation.
  3. Power supply is inadequate to run that video card. I'm surprised you get any picture.
  4. yesterday i just reflowed the gpu w/ hair dryer and its work fine w/ dvi but tday has repeated the problem ..

if i change psu ? its work fine ?
it was working fine since may 2017 i ve runned many games on high quality no problem ..

"reflow" is NOT a perm solution, even if done correctly.

You need a new PSU AND a new GPU.
  6. if i get new psu and reflowed gpu its work again ?
