Need help! - Wraith Spire in SUGO SG13B

Hi all im currently working on a new build. One that is small and portable enough to transfer with me to a new location. (Meaning i want to pack it in my hard shelled suitcase haha)

I was wondering will the Sugo fit a wraith spire cooler with a standard PSU? What do u guys think for a shoebox PC?

PARTS:

Ryzen 7 1700

Wraith Spire cooler

Gigabyte GA-AB350N-Gaming WiFi Motherboard

8gb coursair vengace LPX

Antec 700 VP PSU

GALAX GTX 1060 3GB (DUAL FAN ONE)

SilverStone Sugo Series SG13 Black Mini ITX Case, NO PSU

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!

    According to the case specs,
    link: http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=536

it has CPU cooler clearance of 61mm and PSU clearance of 150mm, while 140mm PSU is suggested.

For PSU, you can go with Seasonic Focus+ series since those are fully modular and only 140mm long. Oh Focus+ also comes with 10 years of OEM warranty,

As far as AMD Wraith Spire RGB goes, that thing is about 71mm tall and wouldn't fit in your case, unless you take the fan off and keep your CPU passively cooled.

With mini-ITX cases, CPU cooling is extremely limited and there aren't much options to go with. Either low-profile air cooler or AIO with 120mm rad.
For air cooler, you can go with Noctua NH L9a-AM4 (37mm tall),

For AIO, feel free to pick any AIO that has 120mm rad, e.g Corsair H80i V2 with AM4 bracket,
