trouble booting from new ssd on lenovo ideapad 110s

Hi, I'm having trouble getting a new ssd to work in my laptop. I have a Lenovo ideapad 110s and I cloned my 32GB flash storage onto a 120GB SSD. However I couldn't get it to boot from the ssd after I cloned it with EaseUS Todo Backup. I looked online and someone suggested changing the active partition but that didn't work, and now the new partition is stuck as the active one since the flash storage isn't on a "fixed MBR disk," so I can't use the "active" command in diskpart. I just want to have my laptop boot from my ssd and just have the backup files on the flash storage. If anybody knows how to help me with this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
