More about monitor specs
  1. 1. What games do you play? Ideal resolution and settings (ultra, etc.)?
    2. Budget on the monitor? Total budget for the rig? Living in US?
    3. Do you have OS and psu already?

Hmmm.. 1.) Mostly FPS games and G-mod, Above 1080p
    2.) under $300-$250
3.) OS as in Windows? And Yes - EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W, 3 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR, Black

  3. That PSU is poor quality, I suggest getting a good one. Don't buy two packs of 2x4, may not work, get 2x8 instead. Total budget you can spend on all above including monitor? What case do you have?

Lack modern protections and does not last long. If you can afford, a better PSU is good for your rig, it is like the heart, don't go cheap on it. Rose will case is famous for poor quality... Give me a range of budget? You could get a $3000 including everything and very good for 1440p 144Hz gaming.

Okay, your not helping me... I'm sticking to my Specs that I have above. What Refresh rate Monitor should I get and should I get it with FreeSync/G-sync?

Free sync only works with AMD gpus and Gsync exceeds your 300 budget. Your CPU GPU can run 144+ FPS in csgo, so I will get something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

    Monitor: Asus - MG248QR 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor ($259.01 @ Amazon)
    Total: $259.01
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
