Destiny 2 cpu compatibly

I checked bungie official website and it says minimum cpu requirement is core i3 3250 or pentium g4560. Will a core i5 6300 meet the minimum cpu specs??? I already meet the ram and gpu minimum specs and tested them to be sure

  5. Ok great. And I just looked at the processor myself is a 2.8 for sure! Definitely not a 3.8!

  6. It’ll be compatible even though it’s a 2.8? Which I looked at it and it definitely is a 2.8

  7. Oh ok, its the i5-2300 2.8ghz quad core. It should run Destiny 2 but expect to on low settings.

  9. It has at most a 3330

A 2300 is older and slower and should work

  10. I could get the 3330 but will THAT work better?? Which one will work? CNET says the 3330 will work. Are they screwing with me or is that the cpu I should go with?

It's barely faster then your current CPU so unless you can find it for pretty much free I'd pass.

As long as you motherboard supports it and *if* you can find one for a good price a i7 would be better.
