GIGABYTE GA-EP31-DS3L Rev 1.0 Overclocking ISSUES

Hello!
I'm have issues when i try to overclock my CPU.
MTB: GIGABYTE GA-EP31-DS3L Rev.1.0 F4 BIOS
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6600 3.06Ghz
GPU: AMD SAPPHIRE RADEON HD7790 Dual-X OC 1GB GDDR5
RAM: 2GB DDRII 800Mhz 1.8V Kingmax KLDE88F-B8KW5 UDIMM
2GB DDRII 800Mhz 1.8V <noname> UDIMM
PSU: FSP Hexa+ 500W
HDD: SAMSUNG HD161HJ 160GB SATAII
TOSHIBA DT01ACA050 500GB SATAIII (SATAII)
I received help on an other web page, these were asked in order for me to position my computer then BIOS! We moved naturally, carefully with everything in order for everything to work according to the best ones!
Changes:
PCI Express-Frequency AUTO -> 100Mhz
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) AUTO -> 3.00
DDR2 DeOverVoltage Control NORMAL -> -0.1V (1.9V - > 1.8V)
CPU WARNING TEMPERATURE DISABLED -> 70°C
CPU FAN FAIL DISABLED -> ENABLED
CPU Clock Ratio 11 -> 11
Fine CPU Clock Ratio +0.5 - > +0.0
Perfomance Enhanced Turbo -> Turbo
CPU Host Frequency 266 -> 320 (FSB)
CPU Voltage Control NORMAL -> 1.30000VMy machine worked so 3520Mhz-n!
Until 3-4 months
The problem was beginning there when I placed in the new hard disk into my computer!
I looked at the hard disk in BIOS settings then when I placed in the hard disk, that acts are you there neither, and his seeing.
The machine halted after a reset, started then, ceased again then then what started again and POST on a display not the 3520Mhz-t i saw it, but the 3060Mhz-t.
I tried to restore it between BIOS settings, but did not allow it. I tested it then refreshing to put up the BIOS-ra. (F4 -> F5f (BETA BIOS))
Worked until a time then, but did the phenomenon likewise later.
If the PCI-Express I rehearsed a frequency 100Mhz-re to claim, then the the machine did not want to start, the ventilators twirled in the machine only.
It was like that that BIOS did not want to step out of a system if I saved this value. The monitor was black simply, but did not become dark.
Please help me, for correct Overclock parameters! What's the problem?
