Would PCI E X1 on second PCI E X4 Slot reduce bandwidth for PCI E X16 GPU?

Just a short query
I want to place my PCI Express X1 Sound Card on PCI E X4 because all other slots are populated by the gigantic 1060 Hercules.

So would placing X1 Sound card lower the bandwidth of the 1st PCI E X16 Card to any lower? i.e X8 or X4? and would there be any performance bottlenecks thereby or not?

Thanks

    B150M-D3H (DDR4 Version)

    It has 2x PCI
    1X PCI Express X16
and 1X PCI Express X4 (Crossfire support)

  5. If only x16, x4 on board, then yes, by placing a card in the second slot it would set the first one to x8, but you would not notice any loss.

So the 1080Tis do have differences.
But GTX1060 Difference may be minimal or not
