Can i use 5 year old psu for overclocking?

I'm thinking about overclocking my cpu, but i've got an 5 year old 700w psu and i think that would be an problem. The capacitors get older, but my pc isnt loading that much now cause i updated from GTX 770 to GTX 1060. Do you guys have any idea is it safe to oc my cpu with this psu? It doesnt have any protections or anything like that.

  4. As indicated, the make/model of the 5-y/o PSU is needed to assess its "goodness".
