PC screen goes black when playing GTA V on Ryzen

Hello, so I was playing GTA V for about a half of hour few days ago on my overclocked Ryzen 3 1200 and my screen went black. I believed it was a faulty overclock preset so I cranked up the voltage a little bit (from 1.35V to 1.35625V ) and upgraded my drivers. Now I've been playing GTA V and this time it was running perfectly for about 2 hours until the screen went black again. Other games run just fine and I know GTA V is a really demanding game but what could be the problem here? Should I raise the voltage even more?

Thank you in advance.
