Im worry about my PC temp

I just got a new pc these are the spc:
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 537MHz
Intel Corporation DX58SO (J1PR)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (EVGA)

When idle:
CPU temp is always around 50º-55º
Mobo around 60º
GPU 40º

When playing or using programs it goes
CPU: 60º-65º(with some 70º peaks)
Mobo: around 75º
GPU: 45º-50º

I cleaned all the dust from it, changed the thermal paste, and have it in a corner of the desktop with enough space in all directions.

It have 1 fan at the back, the GPU fan, 1 big fan in the CPU giant piece of metal(idk how its called) and 2 fans in the top.

It comes with a NZXT SENTRY 3, all fans set at max. Panel indicate around 22º idle and 30º-35º on use

Im a bit concern about the mobo and cpu temp. I would like it on in the night rendering or doing stuff but Im worry if the temp goes too high when not watching

My room is not too hot. But we are having some hot days here(around 30º-35º+). No humidity in my room.

Are those temp "ok" or something? There's something I could do?
