Overclocking an i5 4690k using a 550w PSU

Would it be safe if I overclocked my i5-4690k? I have a Corsair RM550x 550W btw. I want it to be overclocked to at least 4.3GHz, can I get it higher than this, or is this the best bet?

If you have a decent Z board and good cooler 4.3 is not a problem with that CPU. Great PSU!

  4. Can I also ask, to take a look at this thread? I'm having some trouble figuring out the best OC voltage. Thank you so much
