Hard drive having problems after fresh install

Well specs first
i3 6100
gtx 1060
8 gb ram
450w psu corsair vs
SSD for os
HDD 500gb for media and data
2TB HDD WD black enterprise for games

Let me put it in simple words and i am gonna sound crazy
When installing downloading etc etc from steam my HDD is okay no sound nothing . But the moment I download anything from windows store (Forza horzion 3) on my 2 TB HDD it starts to make grinding noise and stuff . I even tried to pirate fifa and some big games just to test if it does it . Guess what nope no sounds no spikes nothing . Formatted the drive and all that stuff . Its just the Store itself . FYI I have fifa legit now , was just testing if i3 can run it.
Can anyone help me out? experts

Pretty much all drives make the grinding noise when reading/writing. Unless you're experiencing freezing issues in game I wouldn't worry about it.

It used to be at 100% all the time until i reformatted the drive. So nothing to worry about?

Use Crystal disk info to check for bad sectors ect.
