About two weeks ago I deemed that my motherboard was fried (all parts removed, cmos reset, no components etc). Not even the splash screen would load. The PC operated fine for about a year before this happened. I replaced the motherboard and everything ran smoothly for about 10 days and I am now encountering the same issue with the new motherboard (no splash screen, nothing boots, etc). All components worked fine after I replaced them into this new (now inoperable). Could this be a PSU issue? This is my PSU: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438017 . I was running a 1080ti and 6700k with a soundcard as the only additional peripheral.

Did this issue appear all at once and you couldn't use your computer or did the machine start getting unstable for a while before it finally stopped working?
