Can’t reinstall Windows 10 after motherboard replacement.

So i guess is screwed up a littlebit...
But I replaced My motherboard and cpu and I tried to reinstall Windows by a usb drive and by deleting all hdd/ssd files via the systemrecovery tab.
After it boots up again it Just starts up as normal.
The real issue is that My gaming is affected by this and now have extreme laggy gameplay.
I Just don’t know What to do anymore.

No, delete the partitions during the OS install.
When it asks 'where', select Custom.
You'll be presented with a list of all existing partitions.
    Select each, DELETE.

    Carry on.

You need to actually boot from your install USB.

  6. Did you use the Media Creation Tool to put the windows installation media on the flash drive, or does it just contain the Windows 10 iso file?

  10. If you copied the ISO as is to the flash drive, it wont boot. It's not bootable. You need something like rufus to put it on a flash drive http://rufus.akeo.ie/

So if the tool doesnt work, how did you get the ISO? And where did it come from?
