My computer randomly hard resets

My computer randomly hard resets without warning or any motherboard beep. I haven´t experienced this problem until now when i bought my new graphics card. I replaced it then i realized that I have the wrong vga to dvi connector so i started to "customize" it to fit to the dvi-d port. But it went unsuccesful so I put back the old one. So the problems arise as i started experiencing hard resets at any moment rendering computer unusable only for couple minutes. No matter if I only look up the bios or boot to the windows it hard resets and rince and repeat. My computer is 9 years old (not counting the HDD, DVD-ROM and RAM) so there is a chance that the PSU is not that powerful anymore. Tried testing the PSU with the multimeter if right amount of volts are given to the components but no discrepancy has been shown (only one 12V pin was 11V but i dont seen that as a problem) i cant measure the wattage as i lack any wattage measuring device. The computer does not have any cooling issues it is possioned near the radiator (no other option of putting my pc elsewhere) and it ran fine thanks to aditional fans (and without it ran fine as well).

My computer specs:
Motherboard: ASUS P5WDG2 WS PRO
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz cooled with SilentiumPC Spartan 3 PRO HE1024
RAM : 2x Hynix 2GB DDR2, 1x Kingston 2GB DDR2, 1x Kingston 1GB DDR2
Graphics card:
Old (currently using as i yet haven´t bought the vga to dvi connector): ASUS NVidia GeForce 9500GT 512MB
New (planning to use): SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX550 2GB OC
Storage devices: HDD WD Green 2TB and 620GB
PSU:Some 500W psu screenshot ->

Thanks for any help.
