I7 7700K cooling

I would want a bit of overclocking like go to 4.5 ghz it should go with the i7 7700k
I want to buy a I7 7700k and a asus dual series gtx 1070 w-and as motherboard a Z270-A Pro and my case is NZXT S340 Razer edition.
I am still thinking about AIO cooling but probs not going for it because its to expensive and his the most dangerous.

  1. So, what is your question? Are you asking what would be a good cooler for the 7700k if you were to overclock to 4.5Ghz?

If so, what is your budget and what country are you in?

  3. For cheap air cooling, coolermaster hyperevo
for mid range, Zalman cnps 9900b max
For good air cooling, any 50-80$ Noctua is good.

Skip water cooling for 4.5ghz oc.
