  1. Yeap, it's good though would you open to any refinements? You could get away with a lower wattage PSU, smaller footprint(yet same horsepower) and a couple of other things.

  2. I mean yes, you'll pretty much run anything on that rig, if I can comment about the amount of RAM you chose to put in, unless you are planning on running a few dozen calques in photoshop and do hardcore editing in something like blender; you really could save yourself 225 for now (unless it's for ARK though :D)
What are you planning on using it for ?

Solid build, BUT buy a 32gb kit of ram instead of 2 16gb kits, and buy a 512gb SSD instead of two 250gb. The extra RAID0 speed isn't worth it on something that is already way faster than most programs can use. It's probably cheaper to buy the 512gb version anyway.

Buy a 32gb kit instead because even different kits of the same RAM can have compatibility issues, and you'd want to avoid that in general. The rest is very solid.

  7. would this rig run a game such as BO3 in 8k?

  8. Nope, I suspect not. That's an overshot. At the least you should then use two1080 ti in SLI. 4K though should be butter smooth on that game.
