Should I Buy or Not Worth My Money?

I found a i5-4670k, msi z87-dg65 and 16gig of hyperx ram and deepcool gammax 400 cpu cooler for 276 dollars (trying to bargain xD). Is it still worth? I mostly play e-sports games and fighting games like Dota 2, LoL, Tekken, Injustice 2 and Street Fighter V and also use emulator (mostly pcsx2). Is it a good buy or not? My graphics card is a 1050ti and my psu is Thermaltake Smart RGB 600w.

The mobo, ram and cpu is 1 year and a half years old.
cpu cooler is 2 months old.

My rig is kinda weak lol.

    Core2Duo E7500
    Asrock G31m-S
    4gig ddr2 ram
    Zotac 1050ti mini 4gb
    Thermaltake Smart RGB 600w

I'm slowly building my pc and as you can see, I just bought and replaced my psu and gpu. I saw those ram prices and I fucked up considering I waited too long to build xD. I saw this deal and I think its good as it has a decent cpu cooler, cpu and mobo plus 16gig hyperx ram OMG. I mostly play on gaming cafes and I thought I should replace my old pc (mostly used for browsing as it only had gt 210). Building your own pc is kinda hard in Philippines(yes im a filipino xD) and shipping fees are so high so this kind of deal is hard to find.
