  1. Well would this fix your problem? Its a little switch, on your sd card adapter that locks it from Writing on it.

NO. I have tried. In cmd sd card shows this type of file is raw chkdsk is not available for raw drives. I donot want to recover any data i only want to run memory card. is there any option to fix raw sd card and how it is showing memory more than 4 gb.

  3. There is program called bootice, as you said up there your pc doesnt freeze when you try to plug in SD card.
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/bootice_64_bit.html
    Soo download it,
Start it and window should popup, select your SD card (BE CAREFULL SELECTING CAUSE IT DELETES),
Now select parts manage, select your SD card, there should be saying capacity,
Now after selecting in big Window, select down Re-Patritioning,
Windows should popup and select USB-HDD mode and file system as ntfs and format it.

Other options i don't have cause im unfamiliar with formating HDD (fixing).

  4. With all you have done i guess the key is dead and needs to be replaced.
You could go to manufacturer's website to see if they have tools to repair it; RMA if still under warranty

  6. If Chkdsk and SFC don't work then this is a wild suggestion but - Try to create a recovery disk(USB) in Windows with the card in a usb adapter. Windows will warn that the contents will be destroyed but so what. Afterwards (if it worked) you can try to reformat it.
