Foxconn CinemaHD no video output.

Whenever I try to boot into the motherboard it does not seem to output any Video,
I have tried on board graphics and with a GPU however no video output.
The lights on Fans start up as do the fans, I can hear drives spinning, I have made sure the drives and GPU are working so I have ruled them out.
I only have 2GB DDR2 installed however I do not think the low amount of RAM would cause this issue.

  3. 1) Remove the RAM to boot the PC, because you said you don't have any other RAM, otherwise you may try other RAM. In this way if the RAM has problem, after remove it, then the PC will boot with onboard iGPU.
    2) Check the cpu to see there is any bent pin(s) or not.
    3) Do you use any adapter to connect to the monitor?
    4) Check the MB to see any capacitor leaking or not.

I have purchased a CPU to rule out the CPU being the problem, I have tried with ram and tried each slot repeatedly.
I have used the onboard video and I have looked over the board which seems to be in pristine condition.

I used HDMI to a HDMI splitter however this has not caused problems before.

  5. Try remove the RAM, clear the CMOS. After that boot the PC without any RAM, just use onboard iGPU. What happens?
